太陽光発電の 最適活用法 ｢つれづれ樹｣ [つれつれ(めもり)]
“真夏の午後１時から３時位の電気料金を 高額に設定しよう。”
とする 試案も提出されている。
好いのじゃないかな ただ この期間の｢割増｣料金徴収は、
半年ぐらい遅らせて 経過を見て 実際に徴収するにしても
電力料金が低い月で 均(なら)して徴収すればよい。。
最近のTVｺﾏｰｼｬﾙでは 電気自動車を夜間に充電しておけば、その蓄電力で 一般家庭の２日間分の電力が 賄えるという。
ガス会社の“エコキュート”に代表される 自家発電給湯システムもある。
このシステムも すごい所は、
災害時に、(公共・中央集中)電力供給が“ダウン”しても 、災害を免れた家庭では ﾌﾟﾛﾊﾟﾝｶﾞｽﾎﾞﾝﾍﾞ＆灯油で代用できる機能があれば、必要最低限の電力は 自分たちで確保できる。 都合を付ければ 他の家庭にも融通でき、地域規模の災害時危機対策になる。。。

国規模の災害危機管理の観点から、
補助金＆税制面で優遇すれば 良いだけのこと。。。

その時に 最も活用できるのは 「太陽光発電」 です。
根本的に、 乾燥地帯の少ない 降雨量の多い日本は、
太陽光発電には 不利な環境です。
ただ、 真夏日だけは 太陽光発電に 好条件。。
その時点だけの 電力供給ひっ迫を 解消できるのが太陽光発電。
(外部温度が高くなると、太陽光発電効率が低下するようですが、、 それは 従来からある温水蓄熱システムを利用して、 太陽光発電パネルを 水冷すれば 解消できるだけのこと。)
